Fred has provided artwork for many commemorative awards and gifts. His original paintings and limited edition prints have been commissioned or selected as gifts for governmental officials, including U.S. Senators and Congressmen, Governors, as well state legislators. Additionally, Mills was commissioned to paint an original watercolor for the City of Vladimir, Russia. He has designed one-of-a-kind large medallions for corporate and business executive retirement gifts. His watercolors have been imprinted on three credit cards. Limited edition prints were made for one of the cards as an incentive to apply for the card as well as raise dollars to renovate an old Courthouse into a museum.
